Today, the Third New Employees' Orientation has been successfully concluded. The training has lasted for one month, including lessons on spark, healthy outlook on life, professionalism, communication skills, etc.

Via the training, the new staffs have been more familiar with us and the roles they are to play. Having been in an atmosphere filled with mutual-respect and care, most of them have also developed a sense of belonging to the company.
